Made from superfoods and boosted by the nutritional shake mix, this muesli is full of protein, fibre, healthy fats, antioxidants & energy for your body.

More than that, Happy Healthy Muesli is an idea to inspire and motivate everyone to take on the day with colourfulness and positivity. Everyone’s results may vary but with a constant source of positive motivation to choose healthy, we can all improve our health and happiness together.

Try it, you have nothing to loose but your weight!

Happy Healthy Muesli Recipe 

Start with lots of:
organic rolled oats
puffed buckwheat
puffed quinoa

Add as much as you like of:
goji berries
raisins
coconut flakes
psyllium husk
raw almond flakes
sunflower seeds
pumpkin seeds
chia seeds
flax seeds
cinnamon

Mix the above ingredients together in bulk and store in a large container. This makes it fast and easy to scoop about 3/4 cup into your bowl each morning. Then add a scoop of nutritional shake mix* and protein powder.

Pour on some unsweetened almond milk or soy milk and a bit of chilled water.

Top it off with your choice of:
sliced banana
strawberries
blueberries
raspberries
